Terms

Last updated October 14, 2026

These are the plain English terms for working with us. When you check the box at checkout, you agree to them.

Who we are

Robots That Sell is a brand of Plainword Media LLC, a Utah company. "We" and "us" means Plainword Media LLC. "You" means the business placing the order.

Your free preview

Your preview is free, and you owe nothing for it. To make it, our robots look at public information about your business, like your website, your Google listing and your reviews. The preview is a private link that stops working after 14 days.

What you're buying

Your order lists every item you picked and its price. That list is the full job. Anything you want added later gets its own order.

Paying for a build

Monthly plans

Refunds

If you cancel before we start building, we refund your deposit in full. Once building starts, the deposit covers the work already done. If you're unhappy with something we built, tell us within 30 days of handoff and we'll fix it.

You own what we build

Your website, pages, posts, emails, app and customer lists belong to your business, and they live on accounts in your business name. We keep the right to reuse our own general tools, templates and methods on other jobs. We never reuse your content, your brand or your customer data.

Your accounts and access

Content and approvals

Our robots write the first draft, and a person checks every piece. You approve anything before it goes live. You're responsible for the facts about your business, like your licenses, prices, warranties and service areas, so please tell us if anything is wrong. On monthly plans, you can choose to let posts and newsletters go out without a review.

The market lock

Your order names your trade and your market. A market can be a city, a region or a whole industry. While your lock is active, we won't build for another business in that trade and market.

WhatsApp and Telegram

WhatsApp business messaging needs Meta to verify your business. Customers must opt in, and messages a business sends first have to use templates Meta approves. The robots set that up on your own account.

In the US, customers can't pay inside WhatsApp itself. The chat sends a checkout link. Telegram stores can take payment through a payment provider. Message and payment fees from Meta, Telegram and your payment provider bill to your own accounts.

Results and other companies' platforms

Google, Meta, Yelp, Apple and the other platforms set their own rules and can change them anytime. We can't promise rankings, reviews, app approvals, leads or sales. We promise to build what's on your order, and to fix what we built if it breaks.

Limits

If something goes wrong, the most we owe you is what you paid us in the 12 months before the problem. We aren't responsible for lost profits or for problems caused by other companies' platforms.

Your information

We use what you share with us only to build and run your work. We never sell it. Your customers' information stays in your accounts.

Changes and contact

If we change these terms, we'll email you first, and the version you agreed to applies to orders you already placed. Utah law applies. Questions go to [email protected].
